click live help when you log into your rakeback account, they helped me figure it out, and they will help you, i had mis spelled my FTP user name then they fixed it, got RB in less then 2 days after that GL

g13, Just to be clear, on most poker sites there is no minimum amount you have to do to get rakeback. Only on the Boss Network (Fortune Poker, Paradise Poker) do you have to generate at least 100 euros in rake to get cash back. On Full Tilt, Cake, UB, etc, you get your % back on all revenue you generate. --Adam
