**Rakeback on Existing Full Tilt Accounts - Combined Thread**

I'm creating this thread to answer as many questions as possible about rakeback on existing accounts, while not letting the forum get flooded with repetitive questions that are asked almost every day.  Please read our sticky post about rakeback on existing accounts for answers to some basic questions.  The topics that are most often covered (as you'll see if you read down in this thread), are:

  • Can I convert my existing account on Full Tilt to rakeback?
  • Can I create a new account on Full Tilt for rakeback?
  • Why do some players get rakeback while others do not?
  • What is a good site to switch to if I can't get rakeback on Full Tilt?
We strongly encourage you to read our sticky post and responses in this thread before creating a new thread or post asking about rakeback on an existing account.  While we know these are very important questions for everyone, your answers are usually already here.

Anyone know if it's possible to sign up for rakeback when you've been on the site for a while? Or is it too late? =/

email support and ask for it.  They'll put you on a list, and after 3-6 months they'll email you telling you to sign up through rakebackpros

It's because the same question gets posted in the forums 892374892 times a week and we always move it to this thread.

I searched rakeback and i see info on rakeback for new registrations.  Is there a way for existing FT members to still sign up for rakeback?  Thanks

FT Response:

Thanks for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

You?ve asked about the possibility of receiving rakeback but at this time, Full Tilt Poker does not offer rakeback directly to players.

There are a number of affiliate companies which offer rakeback if players sign up to Full Tilt Poker through their website. However, it appears that you were referred to Full Tilt Poker from an affiliate which does not offer rakeback. We are unable to switch your account from this affiliate to another, as our agreement with affiliates prohibits this.

We understand that you are interested in such promotions in the future and if the situation changes, our players will be the first to know and we will contact you when we have more news.

My Response:

That is unfortunate, I enjoy the site over your competition but I can no longer justify playing on Full Tilt at the opportunity cost of the rewards provided by Stars and Cake. Thank you for your time.

FT Response:

Thank you for your response to Full Tilt Poker Support.

We're pleased we could help you with your rakeback query.

If there's anything else you need, please feel free to contact us. We're always here to help.

Summary - Frustrating being a loyal customer and given no alternative but to change sites...and obv. I was the idiot for not signing up in the first place.

---> Run a promo where existings players who have been on the site for X years have the opportunity to play lets say... 150k hands and they qualify for rakeback

Today is a beautiful day. Did not think it was possible, but I got finally got it.
How much rakebak could I expect if I 6 table 100NL for say 7-8 hrs a day 5 days a week?

A lot. I get about $125-150 per week playing about 10-12hrs a week. That's at 100nl over 6tables of 6-max. Maybe that can put it in perspective.
