She colluded and got a 1 week ban.

Not really, but sorta.

she and charder agreed to go all in preflop blind in the $100r and stars banned her for a month (2nd offense) and him for one week.

would this be considered collusion in a live game?

I've been in multiple live tournies ($300+) where 2 ppl agreed to go allin blind and nobody has even brought the word collusion into the equation..  It kills me to see all these dumbasses in the other thread talking about how it's unfair to the players who can't rebuy b/c it puts them at a disadvantage when actually it gives them the biggest advantage(by far) that they will have in the entire tourney.  I seriously wish there was a way to keep the brain-dead from posting.

(not calling anyone in this thread brain-dead or dumbasses, it just reminded me of those in the Annette thread)

I mean, seriously: why not just agree to it over AIM like pros do for all other game-related information.

Jesus.

Dont just limit this to pros as far as AIM.  IM the worst player on the site but I use AIM and talk to other players alot. Its a good tool to use for strategy help and overall ball busting..    Like Threeven shoving into your AA with his AQ and flop QQ7.. You can send him hate IM's.

Its scary how many people keep recommending using AIM to collude against stars TOS.
She had been warned with 1 week previously and knew it was not allowed - what is really up for debate?

I play like a monkey in a rebuy and passive players benefit from me trying to search out a race running into 65-35 races instead.  By making all in deals I eliminate my need to search for a race - something other players benefit from. It changes the dynamic and i understand the rule - I don't think its a big deal but it makes sense.

Annette got a month-long ban, I thought?  Anyways, the reasoning behind her banning is pointless.  Hand holdings weren't shared and there was no intent to have one player benefit over another.

I dont want to get into another debate about this. I just made a lighthearted comment about everyone folding first hand of the 3R on stars. WHich is pretty amazing if youve ever played it.  There may not have been intent to benefit. But there is a benefit and since she was warned for this before..  She's (imo) smart enough to know better.
