Just want everyone to know the way Absolute Poker rips someone off. They had a special going where if you win the Tlb and beat Mark Seif The pro You win a seat to the wsop. So i put in the time worked hard disposed of him twice. Then I said Why not do it again. So I won the Tlb again and Beat mark again making 3 times I beat im in 6 minutes heads up. I was ready for the 4th match and without any notice Absolute Poker says the promotion has ended. I want to sue them but theres no Adress to sue them at. I also know this caliguy38 won a seat to foxwoods and they never paid for is seat HE did get the money though but you can imagine arriving and having no seat.If anyone has ever experienced something like this and knows how to litigate Id appreciate the help. Also I know they have bounced checks on people made good on them . Anyone else who has ap stories add them please. And if Ap or MArk Seif if reading this I know MArk is aware I own him but you won two wsop be a man make good on your word. Either that or play the ladies division at the events.Ap you will be judged by the lord.

hey horse for the third time now. you have facts? post it. you have emails about the promotions or your first seat winning that can prove that you don't just do crack for a living then just copy and paste it.

Landlord I told you bottsky was aware of this. Hes a top 50 internet player. Hes finsihed 14th or 13th in wsop main. Hes completely credible. I said ill donate the money to charity. You can ask anyone on ap about me. I finished 8th in the yearly tlb and didnt play after the wsop. If you need info contact me ILL be glad to exlain anything I just wants things to be righted.

In terms of credibility I think he is looking for something more along the lines of a website that explains this promotion or hand histories from the HU matches. Basically anything other than just u explaining it.

Okay. I'm vouching for horseracing. I'm a regular player on AP, sit in cash games with the guy, and know from table talk that he beat Seif heads up 2x (his chat is disabled but enough people know and talk about it that i picked it up - at least the first 2 wins).
Finally, after all the explanation I think I know what's going on (could have been stated a lot more clearly up front).
He won a WSOP seat after beating Seif 2x. Beat him a 3rd time. The 4th x would have meant cash, since he's already got a WSOP seat.
Question 1 for horseracing: are you sure that AP would have payed you cash, or are you just assuming this? Was the deal null and void since you'd already won a WSOP seat?
Question 2 for horseracing: can you provide a little more info about the timeline here? When did you win the tlb, when were you supposed to play Seif the 4th time, and when did AP cancel the promotion?
If you can show me that AP has done you wrong, then I'll do my small part to defend your claim. That's not a lot. But, I agree that we should make a stand when a site does wrong by us.
I'm not around here all that much, and don't really get all of the comments directed at horseracing - I'm not a real religious person, but just because someone is, doesn't make them automatically wrong and I'm willing - more, as an AP regular I'm quite interested to know the facts of the case...

For all those who didnt get the whole story, here is what he is trying to say
AP PROMO - win the tourny leader board , get to play SEIF heads up, beat him for $1000
Win the TLB again ,play him for a WSOP SEAT!
Horse did this and beat him and got his WSOP SEAT.
It was nearing WSOP time btw too. He then won another TLB.
He played Seif Heads up for $1000 again, beat him again.
Two weeks later AP , as schedueled, ended the promo....
he won 3 times overall., he even admits this.!! They HAD to stop it, and yes , big deal, SOMEONE was going to end up with just WON tlb win, and not have a shot to beat Seif 2 times.
So, this is NOTHING like winning a 100k tourny, and then them not paying the money to you.
Stop this! you are embaressing yourself, and all your friends! its REALLY hard to stick up for you anymore. I mean that cause i really am your true friend!
this is ludicris. Sales at the store, if u see a sale and comeback to buy something 3 days later, but missed the sale, YOU CANT GET THAT SALE.
You are not going to sue them bro. they didnt STEAL 10k from you! hell you GOT 10k from it! you cant play 2 times in the main event anyways. I dont want to lose a friend over it, but you really do NOT know that realize that EVERYONE here is right, and you are wrong, and ALL your friends are trying to shy away from you but dont have the b*lls to say the truth.
How on earth do you even BELIEVE what you are saying.
Ever think that MAYBE you win a 4th TLB and lose to Seif? or not even win the next TLB to start with? This isnt like you WON the 4th one, (or the 2nd one, 2 times) and then BOOM they stopped the promo! YOU NEVER EVEN WON IT!
Step back, clear your head, save some cash and start over my friend. You can build a roll. but this is hindering you. Sinn is right, its a pasifier.

I fucking can't stand people with no concept of grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc.
I always have a hard time believing people with such a lack of prowess
for the english language as well as horrid typing skills can actually
be smart enough to win at poker.
Therefore I hardly read anything horseracing ever posts. This thread included.

Rooster if you know me you have to know bottsky. We at the time were dominant on the site. I talk to Bott a lot. We were wondering the answer to the question so we spoke to the powers that be at ap and asked the same question. The answer was we would get cash instead of the seat. So I battled bott all week back before rebuys and big purses and people playing sngs we just played the multis and we each cleared 10k in points I nosed bott out and we talked it over after cause I respect him so much. Thats the Tlb I won where I never got to play seif the second time. I posted the ap email and await and answer. Thanks Rooster not many people are familiar with ap so its foreign to them. Feel free to contact me....

No one has posted schedule for promotion here, which makes melean towards legit ending. Horse if you were shrewd you would have got your 2nd WSOP seat after your 3rd win! As the language could be interpreted as after your 1st win you get a seat after ever win thereafter, that is a legitamate claim. But I would say they didn't want to pay you and pulled the plug, either way ending a promotion before entrants can complete it without warning is obv shady.
For the record I do think you own Seif HU and they all know this. Talking about the FBI isn't smart on your part.

I think this was all covered previous Bott and I called ap to discuss this and what would happen if we won a second time. You paul were not privy to the conversation. I made the proverbial sale. I won the Tlb under the guidelines of the promotion. I beat mark achieved the first half of the promotion. Then they for no reason stopped the promotion. The reason being I kicked marks butt and they were getting killed financially seif was slumping big time making crazy moves. So they took it out on me.I have no Idea how you can comment on something you werent privy too. And I agree if someone has something to say to me say it to me. But that comes with a burden. As a friend you have to stand by them. Id love you to show me where I ever lied to anyone about anything. And where is my playing going bad? Im not playing much. I played in 3 millions and cashed in all 3 and woulda played past week. But the bottom line if you and sinna were really my friends you wouldnt use pocket fives as a tool to talk to me. You might as well used Jerry Springer. You have your right to your opinion but firstly a friend always is their for a friend and secondly you and sinna are wrong in using this. So in conclusion both of your are not my friends which is fine. I wish you sinna JEn and aiden the best You spoke your peace I hope it was worthwhile. If anyone is laughing as im going to raise money for charities thru poker Im fine with that too. If i can save a sick childs life who knows could be your paul then I feel im part of the of a miracle and that whats important to me.
