The format of our data feeds for Absolute Poker and Ultimate Bet was changed on July 1st. This has caused a data gap from the 1st to the 18th.

We are working with AP/UB to get these results up to date as soon as possible. Please do not contact customer support with missing tournament information.

Update 7/13/09: AP/UB estimates to have the feeds working again by the end of the week. Any other information I have will be posted here.

Update 7/18/09: We were still unable to parse data from the format we received yesterday. We have asked once more to have yet another correction made.

Update 7/20/09: We have corrected the formatting of the files and were able to receive data starting on 7/18/09, however there is still a gap from July 1st to July 18th. We have requested the information from UB/AP and hope we will be able to retrieve the missed data. Please do not contact support with missing tournament information within that particular time frame. Further updates will be posted here. Thanks!

Update 7/31/09: Our technical contact has been on vacation this week so we haven't received any response on the data request for missed dates :(
I will know more by the end of next week.

Update 8/05/09: A request has been sent to UB/AP team to send us any recovered data. It will take a few days to get a response with the files we need.

Update 8/06/09: Most of the data has been recovered today. Results should start appearing in player profiles the next few days. Please give a few days before contacting support about any missed tournaments that meet our tracking criteria during that time.

Thanks!
Sandy
