Two people will be implicated here, you can probably guess who. One is going to be removed from online poker forever and one is going be removed for a fair amount of time.

I was asked not to post specifics and that AP's statement is going to be detailed and is going to be released Sunday morning.

i agree ranchgirl. you just cant get a fair game like in the good old days. i have seen some sick calls on HSP and i think it should be looked into.

I agree unless they are saying banned from online poker and they meant "banished"
I just dont see how they could stick it.. and although this is somewhat of a relief.. now that AP has found that their system (security) was compromised..there is still a lof of other serious offenses uncovered here.. what about the security guy someone posted info on.. that is playing on AP and UB.. How can we be certain we arent playing against someone with home court advantage so to speak? Even if you participate in the Monopoly game at MickyDs.. theres is a huge disclaimer preventing freinds neighbors suppliers or ex wives from being allowed to cash or win any prizes.. Im sure AP has this type of disclaimer posted somewhere as well.

Funny you should say this..but I got a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach whenever a very large number popped up in one of these threads.. im sure all the ballers claim this on their taxes straight up.. but jeesh.. if IRS is reading this.. barf

It's pretty hard to be 100% fair here. I just hope they make it clear that they're erring on the side of paying out a fair amount more than was cheated.
