I disagree poker fellow. From a timing stand point, its good business, but I do agree that the word choice is real dorky.
First bronze tool made l l l l l l Bread sliced for first time l l l l l l Assembly line invented by Ford l l l l l l Internet invented by Al Gore l l l l l l Internet poker introduced
Lots of coolest things ever, does your's really stand up?

The point is to build anticipation! We will be coming out with a release about every 2 weeks giving a little more with each release~!
I do believe that every one of you reading this post will go to the site once it is released. Call it what you want but we are still getting what we want and that all of you commenting on the post (Good and bad)!
FYI - I am more then happy to buy the first round if you don't use what we are launching! In fact, I would probably buy any of you a beer even if you did agree with the wording of the release!

Some people are far too serious. Obviously you can think of things that will be cooler than this, like a billion dollars, but thats not the point.
Everyday you see this kind of marketing on TV, in magazine, on radio. There is nothing wrong with it.
Rather than be whiny and critical, why not be excited and supportive? If there is one thing all poker players need to have in common, it is to support the advancement of the game itself, which includes being supportive to new producs, services, and technologies.
It doesn't mean whining on a message board when someone announces something that is only trying to help the game.
Anyway, I can't wait for it. I think it's going to be very useful for any serious player and I think everyone will really enjoy it.
Peace

Im pretty excited about this too. But since I'm pissed its so far away and want to find out now i'll pretend i hate your stupid marketing ploy, and say I won't even remember it come february ( not true).

This is the internet though, 2 months = eternity. But yes, us arguing about how bad your promotion is does create clicks and interest, for now. I like Bluff, I hope the interest lasts longer than this thread.

I'm pretty eager to know what it is - I probably won' be as intrigued as I am now when its released, but I will bookmark this nonetheless.
I think it might be a new payment method for online sites, or it could be a program, maybe something that allows you to preregister for the poker tournaments that you want to play for the day in one program (assuming its online tournament related).

its so funny how crappy we can be to some of the people that have shown us the most support.
BTW, I just saw a spiderman 3 trailer, when does that come out?
Bluff comes up with some pretty cool ideas, if you want to know how cool they are just ask Cardplayer, since they copy all of them.

I've caught wind of this idea and it does indeed sound pretty cool. Give it a chance P5s (as well as a bunch of time, lol).
