IMO....the company you represent needs to start making Smart decisions.
While the BPO is going on Bodog looks like they decided to Cancel the
$55 10k all week. As I see it, the site has more traffic because of the BPO
and that tourney would easly fill even with the BPO since "most everyone"
plays multiple tourneys at the same time. To me bodog is missing out on a
smart business decision to capture as much traffic as possible through-out the BPO
series.
So with this in mind ( as thier official spokesperson you are ) during the next BPO
keep that tourney alive.
Also.......I petition for a $20 rebuy 4-5k gaur. that starts sometime around the
other 2 rebuys ( the 3k $12 re and the 2k $10 re ) or even an hour after them just pryor the the $55 10k ( since this seems like the time you have the most traffic). This tourney use to be a favorite for most of the regs ( the 20re 5k ) but was usually to late at night to always make the gaur.
With all due respect.......I really dont feel that the site listens much to there long time players ( not looking to bash here). Give this $20 rebuy a chance because I "gaurantee" that it will fill. Just look at all the other sites that have a $20 rebuy.
They always CRUSH the gaurantees!
Edit: a $20 rebuy is an important tourney when a player is trying to make a jump from Low stakes to Mid stakes. It is paramount to the exsistence of all players trying to establish a bank roll.
OK...lets break this down. If the $20 with rebuys is scheduled between the 3k $12 re and the $55 10k It should get at least 100+ players.
100 x $20 = 2000 entered
50 x $20 = 1000 Minimum rebuys
50 x $20 = 1000 Minimum add ons
More easy math....this is yesterdays $12 rebuy 3k figures 11/4/09

I <3 bodog , but its pretty much dead to me now that cake and UB are getting on the sync break wagon. :(
So the question is....would you play a 20re 4-5k? Not looking for this to be a Bash Post :)
possibly there are alot of other tourneys that I miss more than that one tho .

Ok, I have directly spoken with Bodog Network and below is my summary of their feeback: Bodog Network is working on improving the betting slider, and a new one will be
released with one of the next two upgrades. This will most likely happen in December, but they cannot make any promises.
Regarding the tournament schedule, Bodog Network is aware that it is far from perfect and they are working on improving it. Bodog Network will only add guarantee tournaments if they can be filled, but they definitely want to have as many popular tournaments as possible. Regarding the daily $20 with rebuys, I will forward your wishes to our tournament manager. Thank you! Becky

Bodog doesnt care about poker, pretty simple. As a former reg there, they had a good schedule (before the domain name issue). Upgrade your software and watch people come back, myself included.
Maybe sign some guys who actually play online poker to help with the schedule and sponser them as part of Team Bodog. Besides ZeeJustin it's pretty pathetic tbh.

see, i dont care about the software, sync breaks, or even bonuses that much...just get a good midstakes schedule to play...just copy UB/AP if you have to...or just go back to what the schedule was 1.5 years ago...

OK?!?! so much for addressing the issue of the 10k tourney everynight at 8 30 that was cancelled everyday this week that would surely fill during BPO?!!? .. wtf?? wasnt that the main point of this thread to begin with?!?

maybe a way we can help fill the guarantee on a rebuy tournament is to have a double add on. reduce the single add on to 2k in chips so that way it wont take all night to run if you double add on and get 6k in add ons. Just a thought....

I agree, But this one looks reasonable for them to test without much chance of an Overlay. Seems thats what they are worried about. Is that so Bodog Becky?
