How long have these been taking to get to you guys?
Are they from a US or canadian bank?

Canadian Bank, and a little over 2 weeks. However my bank then puts a 5 day hold on it for being a foreign check. So it's really close to 20-25 days before you have access to the money.

I just got one last week and it was a money order instead of a check so it was straight cash when I went to the bank.. check was here in about a week though

Make sure you let Cake know that you'd like a refund on your fee for the check. You can get the $35 fee refunded once per month if you contact them and ask for it.

I just cashed out 4k, it took 4 days for it to clear pending in my account, then it took a week to get it thru DHL (they will send you an email w/ the status of where your check is), but they sent it to the wrong address, luckily i called DHL otherwise it would of went back to canada, then it took 4 weeks exactly for it to clear in my bank, they have to send the check back to canada, then they will send your bank a cashier's check, its crazy

Seriously, Ewallet is the way to go here. No limit on how much you can withdraw.

I have cashed probably 20-25 checks this year from cake(ya i know sick brag,) and although they are from a canadian bank if your teller knows how to enter the routing number properly the checks have cleared for me within a day or two. Only reason its takes few weeks for people to have their checks clear is because some bank tellers are not used to the way canadian checks are formatted so they go about clearing them the wrong way.
