I am thinking about depositing on Carbon and Cake Poker. Has anyone had any problems playing on these sites ( customer support, cash outs, etc.) ? Any comments positive or negative appreciated.

Make sure you go through http://rakeback.pocketfives.com so that you can get cash back on your play every month and participate in our freerolls and rake races. Between those two sites, we give away an extra $30k to our players every month!
I can say that Cake's customer service is literally the fastest of any site I've played on ever. You can get one free check cash out per month there by emailing support and having them reimburse you the check fee.
Carbon is taking big strides to entice the P5s community including the new $5,000 rake chase. You can effectively get 65% rakeback on your first $500 in rake every month there....well worth it to play there. I'm not sure about the deposits and cash outs there, so I'll defer on that one.

i made a carbon account when they started tracking on p5. i took a look around and they had the smallest guarantees ive ever heard of. $109 $600 guarantee, $50 cubed $1,500 guarantee. ( i think it was cubed, it may have been rebuy LOL it wasn't specific.)
i also made a cake account and they look like they have decent traffic

cake is a great site imo. plenty of guaranteed tourneys ranging from $1 rebuy up to the $169 weekly sunday tourney and the $250 monthly tourney
not sure about carbon, tho I just signed up for it, but haven't made a deposit on there yet
