I agree completely with your last sentence.

As far as your first few, the problem is that "cheating" is defined by what the site says is "cheating". If you read the agreement, it just says people can't have more than one account. It does not address taking over someone else's account in a tournament after you bust out. So yes, your hypothetical doesn't seem to me to be prohibited by party's rules.

And that's why I won't go back to party at all until they change it (I haven't played there in a long while anyway, but now I definitely will stay away).  Until they forbid it, it is against my code of ethics, and I won't play there

I see you opened your account last month. You should do a search in this forum and at 2+2 for ["unenforceable rules" + Noah]. You will find that this has been argued in depth already.

I agree with Mantis. If JJ said that is what happened then that is what happened. You should not be going around spreading lies because you think something different.

ABlackCar's party history - you will find JJ played in all of these as well - pretty high stakes to be letting grandma play - oh, and I thought she came by once a week? Weird that she plays only big buy ins, mosty super weekdays and weekend specials.

I'm truly shocked by this information....I truly believed JJ's story about Granny.

I consider it cheating. The problem is not as big in MTT, but that this stuff goes on in SnG's and ring games. Collusion is a fact and if you don't sniff it out quickly it can hit you pretty hard.

I dunno, I think it sounds like you are looking for loopholes.  Loopholes are bullshit.  Like the steroids argument in baseball of "They weren't outlawed in the collective bargaining agreement," the defense of "yeah it was cheating but we found a way around it" can't fly either.  If you need to be told not to take steroids, or in this case, if you need to be told you should not be playing the same tourny twice on two accounts then I think we can end the discussion there, cuz why bother?

I don't think this is just a minor issue, and I'm not willing to just wag a scolding finger and say 'ok, you found a loophole nice job exploiting it.'

What is the exclusive incident? Can you refer a link? I searched and can't find it.

And what did Pokerstars outlaw?
