Any links/threads regarding EV decision making etc.... Or anyone willing to give a good explanation..?

A good example:
Assume for arguments sake that AA vs 66 is exactly 80/20.
Let's say you are in a MTT, and the starting stacks are 1500. You hold AA. Someone shoves and somehow you know they have 66. You call.
4/5 of the time you'll end up with 3000. 1/5 of the time you'll end up with 0.
On average, you'll end up with 2400.
Therefore your call was +EV by 900 chips (+cEV 900)

thanks! so to determine your ev you put your opponent on a hand, (or range of hands? ) could you give me an example of a +EV situation where you hold say... 1010, and put your opp. on Ak?
