Folding AKo pre to a re-raise on button to nitty?

 -Final Two Tables

-1k-2k blinds, I have 50k on button with AKo

-UTG min-raises to 4k, EP guy re-raises to 19k

-folds around to me, ugh, I fold

-UTG ends up folding, re-raiser shows QQ

Do I want to take that race there for stacks?  I think I'm looking at a race at best.  Kind of screwed if I shove and he flips KK or AA.  Thoughts.

I would like to see other players stack sizes and stuff but im more then likely shoving 100% of the time

I think (and this is just my opinion), but folding AKos to a 3-bet isn't really a bad play.  I wouldn't be worried about the original raiser so much as the 2nd raiser.

The raise is substantial, and really the only play that would make sense if you decide to play is to shove pre.

If there was only 1 raise behind you, then I'd be more inclined to re-raise/shove, but this being a 3-bet raise, I'd be more inclined to fold.  Depending on the 2nd raiser's style (assuming a solid TAG), I would suspect he's holding JJ+ and as you said, if he holds KK or AA, you're screwed.

Against tighter weak players (usually the case deeper in small buyin MTTs) I think folding is often correct. Against aggressive smart regulars I wouldn't think of it with the amount of EP shenanigans that go on in tournaments these days
