 I can see arguments for both calling and raising in this spot, depending on the frequency of betting by the villan here.  If he is spewy and calls a lot of reraises then clearly your answer is to reraise.  If the villan is aggressive pre but folds to obvious signs of strength, then calling to induce a continuation bluff on a good flop would be the play.  If the villan is smart then calling might be the best play to mask the strength of your hand.  Some general things to think about in this spot in a nutshell.

 This is a pretty obvious 3-bet from the small blind.

Absolutely nothing awkward about this spot. Big 3Bet here, if he shoves with AK, AQ or worse, you get what you are looking for. If he has AA or KK, you are unlucky but still in the tournament. IMO
