Ok so Frank and I know each other, have a little bit of history together. he knows im on the tighter side and I know hes on the laggy side. can say what you want about my preflop flat and turn flat call but Im just experimenting with different things. Anyways do you call here on the river? Also gotta notice bb still has to act behind. Ill post my analysis and results later.

Fold pre, not nearly deep enough to call here with J9s. River's an easy fold, he's betting into two people when a card that hits both of their ranges hard appears on the river, he's not bluffing ever I wouldn't think.

I dont think flatting is bad, as long as he realized he is not calling for implied odds, but to rep a big pair and play postflop accordingly. And of course as a back up plan make two pair that he has to fold on the river :)

Lol. I can't wait for results to be posted. I like ape's thought process, but that's exactly how I felt most mtters would be playing. It's unfortunate that its one step behind though.

Lol I sound as douchey as possible but its for no other reason than I got no sleep and am up already for ftops.
On a more serious note I definitely agree with ape's thought process 100%. He happened to be wrong here, but I don't really see how some of you can say that a good thinking reg is never bluffing this spot, when a bet looks insanely strong into two people here. I disagreed strongly with the whole balanced range thing, because if your range doesn't at least attempt balance, then the vast majority of hands both players can have become bluff catchers anyway and they are forced to only be calling with like top two or slightly worse and then better.
