380 people in a 100 freeze and under 8k for first? 50r is like 8k for first? Simply awful and very greedy by stars if it is due to have more rake circulating quicker. Is WCOOP going to have this new awful payout? I thought point of mtts was play for first.

to put this all on bryan is about as stupid as the payout structure itself. Bryan usually responds here fairly quickly and answers the questions honestly and promptly. I think he does his job pretty well actually. . .
that being said just wanted to bump this more than anything.
seriously, cashing in a tourney w/out getting ur buy in back is horrid.

And make the 11 dollar tourney at 3:00 AM a 5k guarantee. Always hits this number :)

I TOTALLY AGREE AND HAVE BEEN SAYING THIS FOR A LONG TIME STARS PLZ GET OVER BEING THE MOST GREEDY SITE ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH AND CATER TO YOUR PLAYERS. THIS IS SO RETARDED YOU THINK THAT ITS GOING TO BE PROFITABLE BUT IT IS GOING TO SRSLY REDUCE THE AMMOUNT OF PPL THAT ENTER YOUR TOURNAMENTS BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO PLAY A NIGHTLY AND GET 18K FOR FIRST OR A SUPER TEUSDAY AND GET 60K FOR FIRST. STARS IS DOING THIS BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY CAN BUT I SAY IF THIS ISSUE ISN'T SOMEHOW ADRESSED BY STARS IN THE NEXT WEEK OR SO WE TAKE DURASTIC MEASURES AND TRY TO START SOME SORT OF BOYCOTT!

as a lower to mid stakes i agree totally......as an example the 3.30 turbo triple shootout pays only .01 more for winning your second table what a joke.........

Yes, Please switch it back to 10% and the old payouts. The nightly should be at least 30k for 1st, not 20k

Totally agree here. We play tournaments to win, not to cash. Nobody cares about cashing and getting less than the buyin back.

I'm sure it evens out over a statistically significant sample size, unless you're just teh awesome and win an usual amount of your MTT's. It was pretty awesome to have a chance at a huge HU match under the old payout structure, but at least there less incentive to chop now and those killer beats that take you out 2nd-5th don't hurt as much with the new payouts.
If I had my druthers I would only pay 10% but make it not so top heavy as before, a 2K HU match at the end of a $10 donkament is pretty redic, same with a 100K HU match at the end of a $500 donkament.
