ok most ppl know taht, this thread isnt really about that

http://pokerforums.fulltiltpoker.com/viewtopic.php?t=48973&highlight=

but i sepcifically remember clonie gowen playing in a live event and also in the Sunday major on ftp simultaneously

seems to me like a double std is being applied

shouldnt clonie be also fired, as this is her 2nd strike, first being that she blatantly copied jsups article and passed it along as her own

seems to me like if clonie was playing live, it would be hard to believe that she was actually the "pro" behind her computer playing the sunday major simultaneously

so, my question is, if johnathan little was fired from ftp, shouldnt clonie gowen be fired for the same exact thing?

also, please leave out the fact that clonie is horrible at poker in this arguement, as that has nothing to do with it.

You're definately correct.

But, the business side of it, Clonie is worth far more to full tilt in advertising/publicity I recokon.

Still cold blooded to sever his ties at 1st strike.

Still pure stupidty on his part to blow such a great deal even though he's already loaded.

Did clonie rape them in the ass with crushing the games 24/7 taking advantage of there deal  if you play in the mojor one thing but 3k or how many sit and gos is completely diffrent.

He didn't get fired for being successful, he got fired for violating their company policy, which is EXACTLY what Clonie did.

When a player on Full Tilt Poker plays against and chats with a red pro on the site, it is imperative that they be able to trust that it is really the advertised pro playing the account. Given that Mr. Little violated that trust, we have decided to sever his ties to the site, and close his account.

cross posted form the link i provided....

their reasoning is that they cant trust that it was j little playing, nothing about raping them for rakeback, so based on that reason, shouldnt clownie be fired bc we in fact KNOW that it wasnt her on her account that day

ftp doug response?

btw i brought this up to clownie a few days later when she was at my table and she blew me off, acting like she had no clue what i was talking about, pretty std response, probably bc it was her friend playing that day also....?

she should be fired for plagiarism long before this, what kind of message does that send about FTP?

true, but I'm sure the fact that he was "raping" them for rakeback had a little to do with the fact that he only got 1 strike.

Completely agree Cmoney...She just because she is nice to look at(compared to the average girl playing poker obv.) doesn't mean she shouldn't be canned just like Jlittle. Double Standard?  Rules are clearly stated...she broke them now punish her.

there is absolutely nothing wrong with him taking advantage of his rakeback that they offer in his deal AS LONG as it is only him playing it obv.
