This is the first entry in the CardRunners.com blog that will be posted regularly on PocketFives.com. This article was written by Jsup.
"Rebuy tournaments are my favorite types of tournaments to play. I am not much of a gambler away from poker; I rarely play table games like craps or blackjack and I never bet on sports. My tournament style, and overall poker style for that matter is more of a tight aggressive style, but during rebuy tournaments I use a different strategy that is fun to play and has given me a great deal of success in the past."

Jsup...it was sent by Full Tilt as lesson 56 by Gowen.  Hell I still have the email.  I could forward it to you if you want.

I'm working on this now.  I've dealt with stuff like this already concerning plagiarism of p5s content, but nothing from a major site, so I'm approaching it cautiously.  Full Tilt is a great site, I'm very surprised to see this.

I am in the media biz....this is highly unethical as well as a legal issue.  Used to enjoy her articles in Bluff.  Now Ill just read P5 posts, they are probably the same anyway.

And yes, Jsup does have recourse.

Keep us posted please Cal and Adam.  I think they owe an explanation and a P5s 10k freeroll.

I haven't studied this type of law yet, but I think pocketfives as more of a recourse than jsup does. Pocketfives has the article copywritten but I didn't see anything in the article about cardrunners copywriting it

And I say that because I'm positive that even though the article is copywritten on Cardrunners you have to have an account to read it.

I could be wrong though so anyone with more law knowledge than I have, let me know

A good rule of thumb is not to give out legal advice:

(a) before studying the subject
(b) before being admitted to the bar
(c) to strangers on the internet
(d) ever

Really, any of the above will serve you well.  (Good luck with the legal career, BTW, and I mean that.  I actually liked law school, but I'm one of the lucky few who found a job I enjoy.)

Shaniac Jr. is disgusted when he sees such blatant plagarism.
