Mr. Blonde's Micro MTT Team Competition ©

Please read this entire post before responding or sending entry fees!

Entry Fee:   $15 per person ($45 per team).   Ship entry fee to !!Mr_Blonde6 (Georgetown) on PokerStars or Mr_Blonde7 on FTP.  3 players per team.  Each team is to designate a team captain.  If at all possible, the team captain can send the fee for his entire team (the less transfers to me the easier it is for me to track).

You will need to activate your email notifications from both PokerStars and FullTilt.  The results of any tourney you cash in, will be sent to your email.  You will then copy and paste the result in a scoring thread I will create once the tournament begins.  I will then enter the scores (as often as possible) into a spreadsheet everyone has access to view. Anyone found to alter the emails or in anyway post fraudulent scores will be disqualified from the contest.

Eligible Tournaments:  Any Micro level MTT on PokerStars or Full Tilt Poker.  For the purposes of this competition, micro tournaments are defined as MTT tournaments with at least a $1 buy-in, and no more than a $6 buy-in (including rake) and have a minimum of 100 players.  $5.50 re-buys do NOT count, but I will count the $3.30 rebuys.  Absolutely no SNG's or satellite tournaments will count.  The type of game does not matter (Hold'em, Omaha, Stud, Razz, 5 Card draw, etc...) *EDIT* Shootout tournaments do NOT count

Scoring:  Scoring begins Monday November 2nd at 1:00AM est and ends Sunday night November 8th at Midnight est.  Tournaments that start before 1AM on the 1st, or after Midnight on the 8th do not count.  We are using Pokerstars TLB point system.  I will convert FTP scores to pokerstars TLB points using the TLB calculator.  For purposes of checking the individual scores, all tournaments must be tracked on the pokerdb at http://www.bluffmagazine.com/thepokerdb/ to count.  The pokerdb has always been the most accurate data base, so I'm confident your scores will be spot on.  If by chance a tournament is not on thepokerdb (or OPR) for whatever reason, the results of that tournament will NOT count towards your score.  If there is a glitch in the db I will search for specific tournaments on OPR and cross reference.  Only your top 20 scores per team will count, with no more than 8 scores from any one team member.  I am aware that you may receive TLB points in tournaments you do not cash.  For this contest, you MUST CASH for the points to be eligible.

Bonus Points:
Final table =  50 bonus points
3rd place finish = 25 bonus points
2nd place finish = 50 bonus points
Win a tournament = 100 bonus points

Payouts:
2 - 5 teams - winner take all
6 - 10 teams - 75% for first, 25% for second
11 - 19 teams - 60% for first, 30% for second, 10% for third
20+ teams - 50% for first, 25% for second, 15% for third, 10% for fourth

ties split

Please do NOT ask for transfers from FTP to Stars, it is against the TOS of P5's.
The rules and scoring are not up for debate, as I have already created a spreadsheet for this contest.  You can PM me any suggestions for the next competition, but this one will run as is.

Feel free to lobby for teammates in this thread.

Looks like we got 8 full teams already and 2 partial within 24 hours.  I adjusted the payouts slightly in case we hit 20 teams...which looks very possible.

Want to register a team: garyak1, sheridan204, jkane1564. Will ship the $ later once I get home.  Good luck everyone this should be a good time!

Also everyone looking for an individual comp there already is one :

monthlong, 50$ per person could use more people to make it a fun time. Slightly higher limits max is 11 per tourney. Be great to get some more people in there.

Ok it looks like ST311 won't have time with his job, so the defending champs (Sangwich and I) are looking for a new 3rd.  Who is capable and wants to win?

As long as Omaha MTT's in the buy in guidelines count I would definitely wanna do this, anyone still in need of a teammate or two PM me.

Edit -  Missed this part so I'm in if I can find a team. The type of game does not matter (Hold'em, Omaha, Stud, Razz, 5 Card draw, etc...)

Still not decided if I'm in yet or not, I'm only playing on FT but I'll probably put in ~100 tournaments or more during the week, If someone doesn't mind having a teammate playing just 1 site shoot me a PM, i'll try and make up for it in volume
