Mr. Blonde's Micro MTT Team Competition ©

Please read this entire post before responding or sending entry fees!

Entry Fee:   $15 per person ($45 per team).   Ship entry fee to !!Mr_Blonde6 (Georgetown) on PokerStars or Mr_Blonde7 on FTP.  3 players per team.  Each team is to designate a team captain.  If at all possible, the team captain can send the fee for his entire team (the less transfers to me the easier it is for me to track).

You will need to activate your email notifications from both PokerStars and FullTilt.  The results of any tourney you cash in, will be sent to your email.  You will then copy and paste the result in a scoring thread I will create once the tournament begins.  I will then enter the scores (as often as possible) into a spreadsheet everyone has access to view. Anyone found to alter the emails or in anyway post fraudulent scores will be disqualified from the contest.

Eligible Tournaments:  Any Micro level MTT on PokerStars or Full Tilt Poker.  For the purposes of this competition, micro tournaments are defined as MTT tournaments with at least a $1 buy-in, and no more than a $6 buy-in (including rake) and have a minimum of 100 players.  $5.50 re-buys do NOT count, but I will count the $3.30 rebuys.  Absolutely no SNG's or satellite tournaments will count.  The type of game does not matter (Hold'em, Omaha, Stud, Razz, 5 Card draw, etc...) *EDIT* Shootout tournaments do NOT count

Scoring:  Scoring begins Monday November 2nd at 1:00AM est and ends Sunday night November 8th at Midnight est.  Tournaments that start before 1AM on the 1st, or after Midnight on the 8th do not count.  We are using Pokerstars TLB point system.  I will convert FTP scores to pokerstars TLB points using the TLB calculator.  For purposes of checking the individual scores, all tournaments must be tracked on the pokerdb at http://www.bluffmagazine.com/thepokerdb/ to count.  The pokerdb has always been the most accurate data base, so I'm confident your scores will be spot on.  If by chance a tournament is not on thepokerdb (or OPR) for whatever reason, the results of that tournament will NOT count towards your score.  If there is a glitch in the db I will search for specific tournaments on OPR and cross reference.  Only your top 20 scores per team will count, with no more than 8 scores from any one team member.  I am aware that you may receive TLB points in tournaments you do not cash.  For this contest, you MUST CASH for the points to be eligible.

Bonus Points:
Final table =  50 bonus points
3rd place finish = 25 bonus points
2nd place finish = 50 bonus points
Win a tournament = 100 bonus points

Payouts:
2 - 5 teams - winner take all
6 - 10 teams - 75% for first, 25% for second
11 - 19 teams - 60% for first, 30% for second, 10% for third
20+ teams - 50% for first, 25% for second, 15% for third, 10% for fourth

ties split

Please do NOT ask for transfers from FTP to Stars, it is against the TOS of P5's.
The rules and scoring are not up for debate, as I have already created a spreadsheet for this contest.  You can PM me any suggestions for the next competition, but this one will run as is.

Feel free to lobby for teammates in this thread.

Haha fair play, i did kinda bail on u kids last time out. Once upon a time a "So you can quit again" comment would've had me steaming and I'd have played just to prove a point, but im afraid to say I'm getting old now, I'm not sure I have the fight in me anymore Sad But who knows, maybe that dig will hit me at some point 2moz and I'll come out fighting once again, you may have just lit the fire!

All joking aside, gl 2u too man, I'm sure you'll make a good fight of it, especially with your 'bread and butter' FullTilt 3r included this time out, since you can't beat Stars anymore. Big Smile

 Hey Blonde,

Just to clarify - Stars/Tilt only? Or any trackable pokerdb site?  Sorry if this was answered I jumped through the pages here and might be confusing this with the individual competition this month.  In fact I found myself inadvertently posting there earlier (I get easily confused).

Anyway sounds like a lot of fun everyone.  I'll set this up tomorrow with 1 other friend, I think we'll need 1 more though so if anyone's interested PM me.

-Parli

P.S. - Maybe we should pull an upfront "thank you" amount from the total entry fees for blonde since he put this together, proper thing to do imo.

Stars and tilt only.  In fact this is the first time i've expanded from stars, and I dont want to bite off more than I can chew.  Maybe in the future I will include other sites.

Anyway, it's all right there in the OP.  Glad to have u aboard

I definitely want to be involved in this.  Sorry I caught this thread so late but I would love to do this.  The $15 is no big deal and I can cover $45 for me team if I can get a second and third on my team.

No offense to anyone but I'd like to pick who's on my team and get a good team going.  I saw Ntnygld (sorry if I butchered that) is still looking for a team on your update and would gladly add him if wanted to be on my roster or me on his.  I know he's a solid micro grinder and I've playing with him a ton.

So if anyone else solid would like to get this done, let me know.  You can e-mail me @ Jason_Mirza@yahoo.com or you can just PM me here.

Blonde if you catch this, would you please respond as I'm sure you know exactly what's going on.  Sorry but I didn't want to read through 10+ pages to find out the details of who's left and what not.

Thanks!

Hey Bobby.  On page 1 the first reply has all the registered teams and the guys still looking for a team listed.  ntanygd is still a free agent, so hit him up with a PM and find a third.  Still plenty of time
