My best cash ever

Last year playing micro sngs and using all the advice I could glean from pocket fives I managed to turn a hundred bucks in to eleven hundred over the course of the year. This year I decided to play mtt tournaments, using my built up bankroll.

With the economy like it is, I have been so busy with my business I have not had time to play much, however I have been playing just enough to learn and ask questions on here.

Today I signed into a two dollar rebuy turbo tournament on tilt. I really dont like turbos but I do like rebuys so I joined anyway.

About two hours in to it I was getting down to push time, caught a piece of a flop from the bb so I pushed. Was called by two people both who had more chips than I. On the turn I caught two pair, and busted AA and QQ both had slow played into the hand.

THat tripled me up and I never looked back. Took down 4th place for 190 dollars.

Thank you all for the advice that has and is helping me improve my game everytime I play.

Outstanding job!

As much fun as poker is it can be incredibly frustrating.

It's nice when your hard work to improve pays off.

Congrats on your first cash... it won't be your last.

Seriously, if you're chirping someone becuase their score wasn't post worthy in your books, GTFO now! Turning $2-$6 into almost $200 is exciting not to mention he obviously feels his game is getting better which is also a great feeling.
Congrats man and gl with more scores

For as many high stakes people there are on here, there's also plenty of low stakes people...A solid finish is a solid finish no matter what the buy-in.

Congrats OP!  Brag away...

I feel like an asshole but are you really bragging about a 4th place finish for under 200?

Well, you surely are coming off as an asshole! I thought the whole point of P5s was to help and encourage poker players???? There is no room for people like you in this community imo...I hope you bubble every single MTT you play for the next year!

Congrats on your score arch, and I wish you continued success!

Bunch of clown shoes in this thread. No one cares about a 4th place finish.
