Hats off to Full Tilt, for looking past the anger in my reply, accepting the facts and changing their decision. I really didn't expect it but here it is... by the way, anyone else ever have their chat revoked? Why?

Excuse me, but there were
DOZENS of people insanely
talking non-stop... everything was just flying by
the window
at a pace that could hardly even be read. I typed BLAH
BLAH
BLAH like 3 or 4 times as a joke because I thought it was
funny and
you're telling me my chat is revoked for a month?
WRONG... get a
supervisor, please. I realize that you have
your "job" to do... but I'm not
a child. I was just horsing around
a little and I made it clear that I've
never been malicious nor harmful
to anyone and that I'd take care not to do
anything that could
even remotely be misconstrued as disruptive in the future. I just want
my
chat back..
...so PLEASE, get a supervisor who has the authority to
go over
this and cut me some slack here. Losing chat for a month
over
something so damn benign is absolutely ridiculous. So many
little
kid trash talkers grace full tilt tables but when you have an
adult who was
just minorly horsing around on one occasion,
you throw the house at
him.
Find someone who can respond in an enlightened manner.
Whether
you need me or not, I'm currently a paying customer, not a poker
kiddie. And a one month suspension for something so
ridiculously
harmless is both disproportionate and
unacceptable.
Please forward this to someone who comprehends
that.

apologize for the inconvenience. This happened because repeating the same
word over and over is considered spamming which results in action taken on
your chat privileges. Please refrain from doing that and you won't have
future issues at all. If it is reported to us that you are continuing
to spam, your chat privileges may be taken away, Sam. Thanks so much
for your understanding.

Ive had my chat banned on tilt for 2 yrs now. If you can write a letter on my behalf that will get them to reinstate my chat I will send you $100.
FYI all I did was call Paul Wolf a retarded muppet.

Well, at the risk of sounding like a condescending douche again, lol, because I KNOW they generally copy/paste Terms of Service sections into emails, I was specifically asking for an "enlightened" response. In MANAGEMENT terms, which I don't expect non-cust-serv people to understand, "enlightened" simply means "unburdened"... or someone who is free to make exceptions or to review the context of a situation.
But here's the bottom line, cp... I'M THE ****ING CUSTOMER.... when they ban my chat for typing "blah blah blah" ... or when they ban Cortez chat for typing... "99999999!" "9999999!" to support his friend... or when they ban CoolKeith for calling a moderator a "retarded muppet" (oh that's just so mean!), then THEY are the ones who are condescending douches... not me...
If I were such a condescending douche, why'd they reinstate my chat.... were they afraid of me? lol

I hear ya, Alex... but I wouldn't consider that crying. It's a simple email exchange. I guess I'm just one of those people who feels that he shouldn't be penalized for not having done something wrong. Others can lay down and take it like a b**** if they want... but not me.
Besides, I know a bunch of people on there and not having chat can suck sometimes.
