With this much money on the line, you can almost guarantee his life isn't going to continue unhindered. There probably is no legal recourse, but that means little when you have so many people with money having so much money stolen from them. Not saying I have any evidence, but you really think the guy who got cheated out of 80k by this guy is just going to say 'sigh, bad beat' and move on? I'd bet the house that if restitution isn't made, someone's going to lose kneecaps or their lives for this. Now that there's a name behind the username, his life could get real fucked up.

Sure, that situation wasn't handled well, but I hardly think it was the same thing as someone deliberately choosing to cheat the system, leaving players out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I hate to beat up on this topic, but, where are the trolls saying there is not way to cheat in online gambling?
We can, I can, only hope something positive comes out of all this.

The "idiot" that "accidentally" sent the excel email to Marco was obv a former friend/acquaintance of Scott Tom that wasn't let in on the deal so he ratted them out.

Breaking news update that should surprise absolutely no one:
AJ Green is also POTSLAMMER, he of the 3 posts shilling for AP in his only thread. As we already know, The Watchdog, who comes in to defend him and co-shill for AP in that thread, is probably Scott Tom.
This is not the end of this story and more will be forthcoming along these lines.
