Hope FullTilt can have enough pull with the Aussie Millions that he is barred from that one also.
As for im continuing to multi-account; the little bastard was going to that anyway until the sites have an effective way to stop it. Anytime they have a suspect account they should freeze the funds until their investigation is complete.

I think what needs to happen through all of this is the poker community needs to work together with the poker sites and all the organisers of the large events (WPT etc) to come up with some sort of system whereby certain rule breaks result in specific punishments.
If we look at football as an example (or soccer as some like to call it!) then we can see a system whereby if a player acts violently on the football field or cheats, then he is banned for a number of games, or has been the case, banned from playing in any competitive matches for a period of time.
Rio Ferdinand, the Manchester United player had a long ban for not turning up to a drugs test - 9 months I think it was. He could play no competitive matches for any team in that period.
Whilst theres no way that a multi accounter could be banned from every MTT that opens on every site or in every casino for a period of months, they could, if the system is operated properly, be banned for a specific time span from major live tournaments.
I just dont think its a good thing that people should feel the need to get together and email event organisers/sponsors saying "ban this person", regardless of wether they should be banned or not. There should be an automatic system in place that takes care of this.

if a is multi-accounting, they have all had their accounts banned. If b is defying pokerstars and playing on the site after being banned then a seperate punshment is perhaps in order.
just because 1, 2, 3 did a doesn't mean they did b and doesnt mean they should have the same punishment as someone who did do b.

i am shocked at how many people seem to think JJ = ZJ.. or JJ = Arieh or JJ = Annette(LOL).
Look while i don't know the extent of what JJ has done, i do know that he has played on sites he is banned on playing on and has done the exact thing he was banned for in the first palce i nthe process. He has defied stars authority and essentially laughed in the face of those saying multi-accounting needs to stop by pointing out most methods of containment are unenforceable anyways. He has admitted to having two accounts at the same final table. There are many more rumors about him that probably have at least some validity.
On the other hand, Arieh has admitted to one instance of multi-accounting. Annette didn't cheat anyone out of equity in a tournament. Zj as far as we know has cleaned up his act and been on the up and up. To my knowledge no evidence otherwise has been stated for any of the above.
Multi accounting is the problem clearly, but one instance of multi-accounting, or getting caught and then cleaning up your act doesn't equate to multi-accounting until you are 18, then saying you will quit so you don't get your ass kicked the first time you meet all the folks you have been cheating out of money for the last three years. I don't see why all offenses are lumped together.

Have only read like 3 pages, so thumbs down to me if this has been mentioned lol.......
PStars should let him play in the PCA event under the agreement that all his winnings (up to however much they think he scammed, minus the buy-in) will go directly back to PStars to reimburse those he affected, and his name would be clear again :)
If he's willing to do that, then his apology, I think, should be considered sincere. If not, then obv he doesn't care about his name being cleared and life goes on with him banned. If he's so great, I'd say it's worth paying that price. No?

If he does that fuck i would dump chips to one of my friends on purpose and give them my stack and pretend I did it on purpose since he is backing them into it anyway.
Again...WHY is everyone ONLY BROUGHT OUT ON HIM!!!!! Here is what it comes down to, I havent mentioned it til now since I first mentioned it in the JJ threads, I have like 15 PMs from people saying I am digusting (maybe you all sent at same time i dont know) for saying he should keep doing it if he really is banned.
Fuck yes he should. He clearly said he would stop, he is going to be 18 and ready to play for real why block him from it. If you stop him this time and let him next year...what does that prove? Nothing at all. He can say he wont multi-account, who says he wont.
Love all, trust none thats what you have to live by in poker. You all can say you do not "multi-account", "cheat", "ghost" etc. But NOONE REALLY KNOWS THAT except for yourself. You can all say you do not cheat and you still might and people think you are the wrold because you dont but you have a hidden lie. This is online poker...morals or not...its about money and lying and getting people to believe you.
Ban him from PCA, ban him from stars...but he will keep playing, keep owning souls. Stopping him from playing doesnt prove a damn thing

Just in case anyone glossed over your last post.

Morals and ethics aside.
I am sure stars rationale from banning JJ from their site was to preserve the integrity of the game. JJ playing in the PCA should in no way change the integrity of that tournament.
If they choose to ban him though, they must ban everyone who is banned from their site.

did u read any of the other responses play2? What are the odds JJ doesnt get molested or a big scene doesnt happens at this thing? It's probably not 100 percent. Stars decision prob had some weight to what could happen if JJ went. Easier for them to just not let him come to ensure the 100 percent wont happen scenario. I also typed this so that you guys could skip for 6 pages. Haha
