I was watching Phil get his ass kicked and I guess that account is being investigated as a superuser account on UB
Played like 8K hands, up $600,000 and then all of a sudden the account was gone,

If UB is looking into the problem etc., but UB or someone(s) inside of UB is behind the cheating, then why in the world would they ever expose themselves? The answer is they never would. There is going to have to be overwhelming and undeniable evidence just like the AP scandal for anything to ever get done, which will probably never happen because apparently alot of these suspicous accounts have been deleted apparently at the time of the AP scandal, which if that is the case, anyone with a brain can link those actions with AP (corruption). UB=AP. Why would some random person running some kind of cheating or bot operation close up shop at the exact time that absolute poker got caught with an insider cheating scandal? That would really make no sense. And im sure that UB will avoid the grave and bonehead mistakes AP made implicating themselves in their situation if indeed UB or someone(s) inside of UB is guilty of shady shit unethical shit. There will be no master HH's being sent out, etc.
While it is possible that the cheating or shill accounts or whatever that has apparently been going on on UB may have stopped a few months ago due to the AP scandal, there are still suspicous accounts that have been alleged to be bots at the very least. If UB was condoning or running a large-scale cheating operation at the higher limit cash games, and shut it down during AP scandal, that is a move in the right direction, but it still doesnt repair the alleged millions that were drained by those accounts. There are many possibilities on this, most of which are bad, but i just hope whatever it may be, the truth comes out, and action is taken. Although the site's pretty much police themselves (which is scary), so even if it is the joke justice AP was given (by themselves lol), acknowledgement of wrongdoing and hopefully repairations is a step in the right direction and better than nothing.
