no 300? seems retarded to take it out and leave the 109 freez at 1.  it would get at least 1k ppl, the 100r on a thursday got over 600 ppl.  rather play the 320 than this 109 wcoop.

Id rather they lower the guarantee then completely remove the tourney.  Idc make it a damn 10k guaro for the day.  I mean shit your 109r is a 20k guaro and triples that everytime.  Get yo shi together

Regarding the $320 on Saturday, we (the Tournaments Team plus some others) had a discussion about it and made the decision to remove it.  It's clear that some are upset by this, however I feel that we made the right call for WCOOP, if not necessarily for fans of the Saturday $320.

We are, of course, always open to feedback and try to use it to the benefit of all of our players.  We do prefer positive, constructive feedback, of course... but even when it comes in the form of abuse, we try to use it as much as we can to improve our site.

So... thank you everyone for the feedback in this thread.  I do not believe that we'll be bringing the $320 back during the rest of WCOOP, but we will certainly discuss the feedback we have received.

All the best,

Bryan

BryanS -Pokerstars,

there isn't one person who would skip the 109 WCOOP to play the $320 mtt.  There are plenty of players who would join the 320 today that wouldn't normally play on Saturdays.  Do you realize that Stars lost $20 per person that was going to play that tournament and it would have been at least double the size of the normal Saturday $320 field?  I don't understand your reasoning for taking this tournament out of the lineup.

Can you please tell us high-stakes players why you feel you made the right call???  It is clearly the wrong decision, what possibly could make you think it was the correct one?  I'm having trouble figuring out what angle you could possibly take to say it is in the best interest of pokerstars to not have the tourney.

THE BEST THING ABOUT FTOPS is that the regularly scheduled tourneys on FTP are twice the size during FTOPS, please don't screw this up..  And also, PLEASE put guarantees on the 2nd chances.... even if it's only 10k, the recreational player loves the guarantee!

Bryan we all see that a decision was made to take out the 320, hence this thread. Now why don't you explain to us WHY the decision was made. Your response might be one of the worst ever in terms of being helpful. As has been said, no one is skipping the 109 for a 320, but a lot probably skip the 109 because of the lack of 320. Wouldn't this be the opposit of what you are trying to achieve? Also do you think stars could f off and let me win a hand when a tourney gets down to 2 tables before I jump off a bridge, thanks.

they could always make the guar low and limited amount of sats so other people will still worry about wcoop.

this esp the bad beat whine.

what's so hard to understand about having the 320 would have resulted in more players in the wcoop not less
