Ok so am posting this hand for a friend. He thinks the reshovers range is alot tighter than i do so just looking for opinions.

Yeah you have just over 9 bbs so just shove pre. As played you already raised 1/3 of your stack so there is no way you can fold.

super tight in that i cant ever see someone r/f here...if ur comptant player m restuffin TT+ AQ+ but if ur a donk might find a slightly wider range in that a fish might r/f here some % of the time..

Your friend has less than 10bb, and he's only raising 3bb so obv he has either zero clue or has a monster.

In any event, I like {QQ+, AK}.  I know that sounds super tight, but those who raise 3BB with 9BB in their stack are usually looking for action.
