Is online poker legal in California for someone under the age of 21? can someone explain in simple terms whether it is legal or not? I'm still a bit confused to the law, and if it IS illegal is there chances I can get my money confiscated?

what ? are you asking? if its in terms of live play, obv alot of indian casinos are 18+, commerce, bike, 101, etc. are all 21... online, pretty sure the issue of age isnt as relevant as the issue of online poker being a grey area in the us for everyone, regardless of age; doubt there is anything age specific to worry about.

Depends on where you are. Pretty sure commerce, bike etc in LA area are 21+ but some indian casinos like morango are 18+

From what I understand of the way online poker works, as per the wire transfer act the action of playing is said to take place where the transaction of funds occurred, therefore you were actually gambling at the resort where the P-stars servers reside where the legal age is 18, not 21.
As far as Cali goes, it's all 21 there I believe? I've never actually played cards out there despite having been out to the Anaheim area many times.
