I have been wanting to give back to the community for awhile now, I started out not knowing anyone in poker and slowly doing better thanks to the help and guidance of many pocketfivers including but not limited to: Annette_15, WestmenloAA, AK87, Thorladen, DumpingKGB, and USCTrojans.
I feel like this is the best time to do a well, as the WSOP is 3 weeks away and I am just relaxing in Malibu right now.
Feel free to ask any questions you want pertaining to poker, my life, your life, or anything really.

What lessons did you learn from your association(s) or conversations with JJ?
What advice would you give to a young player wondering if "poker" is the choice for their future?

The best part of the wells...you have to be honest. With that said.... Is JJProdigy still backing you, live or online? What's the most unethical thing (in the eyes of the poker community) you have done in poker?

Are there any sacrifices you feel like you had to make in order to be a succesful online player? Like did you isolate friends/girlfriend because of your playing time, have to give up on other passions/hobbies? etc...

what seperates the really great players (gboros, moormans, lilholdems, annettes, ajk etc) from the players that are really good (guys that make a very solid living playing the game of poker)?

I am 24 years old, started playing poker online when I was 20.
I was in college at Plattsburgh State University, playing basketball for the college team and my friend introduced me to poker and I was hooked. I ended up playing a ton online.
After acouple years I woke up one morning and decided I was not happy at school anymore so I decided to leave with one semester left.
I left, not much money to my name, and had some success online. I have continued to have fairly regular success online and live and try to grow as a person and as a player every day.
Quite recently I have made the jump to business, involved in alot of business projects so I wont have to rely on poker earnings to make a living.
If theres any specific questions you have dont hesitate to ask.

Believe it or not I didnt learn too much specific poker strategy as he doesnt like teaching much. He did however help me find my confidence which I believe has been a huge part of my success.
The advice I would give a young player is that there is time.. learn whats right for you, play poker as a hobby rather than a job if you are still in school. It will be there when you get out. (Hard to say since I left, but thats my advice)
