Had this happen - suspended cause a buddy I did a transfer with was negative balance.
As soon as he rectified the situation ,I e-mailed support and they reinstated me almost immed.

I'm glad none of my friends are thieves.  Then again if they were, they wouldn't be my friends.  If its a small amount, maybe you should just pay it yourself and write your so called friend off.  Nice guy, steals money from a site and doesn't care that you do not have your account because of it.

I think this is fucked up for the sites to do. Do they expect you to go get the money for them or something?
Tell them that you are going over to the guys house with a shotgun and you will get that $200 one way or another.

I put "friend" because he owes me more than the site. Just wondering if after awhile they let the innocent party off. Without rakeback not sure if I want to put another $200 into his issues. I'll get it back someday. Maybe.
The auto messages I get back don't sound like it though.

had it happen to me because a friend of a friend had a negative balance. Starts just asked me to verify my identity. had it resolved in less than 5 hours.

Rip off other players - there's nothing we can do.

Rip off the site - we bring the hammer down on you and everyone with a minor association to you.

This is why I don't xfer anyone money anymore for rapping on the rail.  Sighhhh
