I'm pretty sure it's a call.  Rizen is shoving atc here and you only have to beat one of their hands.

For sure, and you should be calling with nearly any two!

Nash for this spot:

PU CA OC Range
CO 100.0%, Any two <<What Rizen should be shoving
BU 0.9%, KK+
SB 0.5%, AA
BB 0.5%, AA
SB 31.4%, 55+ A2s+ A3o+ K4s+ K8o+ Q8s+ Q9o+ J8s+ JTo T9s <<What jolaramon should call with
BB 88.8%, 22+ Tx+ 92s+ 93o+ 82s+ 84o+ 72s+ 74o+ 62s+ 64o+ 52s+ 54o 42s+ <<your overcalling range

Once shorty is involved, you can overcall with a much wider range.  This is because your risk of bubbling is diminished significantly.

This is a call even if the shorty folds.  You can call in that instance with:
BB 11.6%, 66+ A7s+ ATo+ KTs+ KQo

...assuming you know the shover is on any two.  I can promise you that Rizen isn't missing this spot, so it's safe to say you can range him along with Nash.

Here's another hand that deals with overcalling that will give you some general rules about how to proceed once two players are already in the pot:
