NO because i rly hate this person as well.
maybe its jealousy but i just can't stand the fact that someone this bad has made as much money as he has, and i sit here and get sick coolers every fucking night.

Like theres really no way you can take me out of a tourny anymore where it seriously gets me upset I have been thru it all but having that lucksack brain dead retard knock me out will make me hate the world for atleast the next 15 mins

he is surely not as good as his results indicate, but calling him horrible seems to be a little ignorant at this point.
edit: i guess he might be that bad. I admittedly havent played with him very much at all. Just seems kind of unbelievable that a player can go on this kind of streak playing terribly

I dont see how its mathematically possible for the stuff that happens to him to occur. I mean literally you take your avg donk a player that really at its core is so fucking clueless as to whats going on around him...Id compare it to putting a domesticated house cat into the amazon jungle.
Then this person wins the sunday mill/sunday warm-up/super tuesday/countless 100Rs and prolly another super tuesday today...i mean absolutly un fucking fathomable.

mattg1983 ive played hours upon hours with this player and i kid u fucking not I dont think over 10,000 MTTs on a non rigged site that hed be a winning player in $20-$50 MTTs let alone what hes done the past few months.

basically tournaments are mostly luck and favor aggression
from what ive heard vietcong is ridiculously lagtard hyperaggro, which is probably why he can win
i am not saying hes good, because i have never played with him

I have a note on him that says "Minraised UTG with TJo in a turbo SNG." Now, i havnt played SNGS in a long time, but when i did i never played higher than the 27$ turbos, and hes noted as particularly bad.

I think hating him is a bit much. From what ive heard he is a very nice man in real life and ive never seen him insult anyone despite all the crap he takes from people on a regular basis. He is just playing poker and enjoying himself - he probably doesnt even care if he is making +ev plays - no need for everyone to act like he has done something wrong because he seems to get lucky a lot.
I think he wins for a combination of reasons including the fact that tons of people donk off to him due to his image so he can get a big stack a lot and aggression does own in NLHE mtts. When someone is that aggressive they are going to run over a lot of tournaments because people in general are bad at adapting to a style of play they so rarely see. I would put my money on him over some nit who is a winning player at lower stakes and sattied in to a 1k buy in.

hope i don't ruffle any feathers here, but since some of you are like the turkey i have waiting in the fridge, i'm not worried...
good players see a lot of flops, and this guy tries to see as many flops as possible. also, good players use pressure to their advantage. in that hand against you ship, it really doesn't matter what your cards are once the flop comes out with 3 hearts. he puts the pressure on, and if you have a hand like the one you had, then it's tough to call. maybe he's thinking at a higher level than you all give him credit for... idk, just maybe...
i watch him a lot too, and these two things seem to be a consistent part of his game.
a lot of people are so quick to "label" a player as being this or that, good or bad, etc., but that's the beauty of this guy's game. i.e. it's really hard to put him on a hand and to know how he plays certain hands cuz he constantly changes the way he plays each holding depending on the situation.
maybe i'm way off base, and don't have a clue. maybe i should buy a dog and name it clue so i'll have one, but in a weird way, i like the way he plays. it's like negreanu's comments about kido pham. something to the effect that he doesn't like playing against him, precisely because he's so crazy...
for one thing, if he's getting ship frustrated he's on the right track...
maybe you should try to use his pressure against him. maybe you should consider the fact that he's only calling to scare the shit out of you and make you think about what he could possibly have, so that you'll buy into your own self-fulfilling prophecy that "oh geez, not this donkey again, he always gets so lucky against me, he must have it, i guess i have to fold after putting in 40% of my stack preflop" instead of thinking, "oh geez, i guess he figures his only way to win the pot is to push this scary looking flop hoping that i don't have a hand to call with, so i'm gonna nail him and make a sick ass call with A-high here and teach him a lesson"
it all depends, like everything in poker. stop trying to definitively label him as something and just play the game. ADJUST!

I would put my money on him over anyone in any tourny held on pokerstars. No thats not being sarcastic or joking. Its to the point where you just cant run that good.
