Why does the HSMTTer's day have to start so late?

Stars/Tilt certainly have nothing to lose by offering more $50-$100 tournaments between 9am-noon, especially if they don't put any guarantees on them.

AGREE 100%, would be better for us europeans too.

i dont see why they dont just have a low/mid/high stakes tourney start every hour, whats to lose??

p.s. the question above is rhetorical

p.p.s rhetorical means there is no answer

Because they play the major tournaments and the only way they will be major here in america is when the working class is not at work?  Why always complain about things, when the biggest two days of online poker are about to ecompass atleast 20 hours of your time >_<

And I do understand complaining gets stuff done sometimes... its just this is now the second post on this exact topic I think.  I'm not always thrilled by the schedule but I just deal with whatever is on the schedule.  I think most of the time they are trying to make as much money as possible without flooding toooo many tournaments.  Perhaps, tournaments just don't get as much respect as cash.

Guess you guys are gonna have to play the soft, weird lined, euros at 9am!  I usually open up the 26, 75k0, 26, 50 cubed on ftp...stars if if you get up early enough you have 109 10k, 44 6max, 8r, 22/32k...I know those aren't ur cup of tea but damn if stars would just add a 109 at like 4pm or something.

Are you talking Eastern time?  Because as far as pacific time goes you can wake up at 7am and still have a 50^3, a couple 109s, a 75 6max and some other things Im forgetting.  Stars is rather weak I guess but ftp has like 4 good tournies that start before the stars 109r.

i kind of agree with sowerss' sentiment here and am getting kind of annoyed with all of the posts requesting different tourneys from stars when some players (like me) are pretty content with the way things currently are.

the only thing id really like to see is a tourney on stars comparable to the fulltilt turbo 2 hundo that starts around the same time.

u gotta remember not every player has backers and a lot of the weak players dont have that much money or just play casually, would u rather have them throwin in 200$ in a couple 9 am freezeouts or in a much more significant tournament like the nightly 100 grand
