hello p5s members. 2 days ago i won a appt prize package @ stars . the problem is normaly i have to flight october 8, but nobody from stars or appt give me some info or a email. i ask the pokerstasr support , and the answerd, i have to wait for appt email. but is this impossible to buy a ticket from germany to auckland 2 days befrore flight.
have somebody won a ticket too, and have some information for me . thx for helping me

you have to arrange your own transportation and they deposited money in your account for that purpose

yeah i got the money. thx for answer . but i read on appt.com homepage:
- Q:I won! What do I do now?
- A:You will receive an email from the APPT describing the basics of the package and telling you what to do next.
that makes me little bit confused, because i got no email. maybe some p5s mebers also are stars qualifier and got a email from appt ?

i came close but i think i would of took the tourney dollars if you can? and play a nice amount of EPT sats. glgl if you do go
they must really be stuck for numbers because theres big overlays in the $2 rebuys uk/ireland only everynight

is not possilbe to change the package in W$. i try the same. but i
qualified me 1,10$  was a winner take its all tourney |

hi, when you win a appt package do you get all the money, (spending and buy in) into ur pokerstars account
or do they give you the spending money and then automatically enter you into tourney without giving you the money for the buy in??

You're given money for flight only. Your buyin and hotel are already paid, but you need to get yourself to the event.

How much do they give you for the flight?

Thank you for your email and I am sorry about the delay in sending our
email.
The APPT Auckland package includes 6 nights accomodation at the SKYCITY
Grand Hotel in Auckland with check-in on Ocotber, 7th and check-out on
October, 13th. You can book your flight for these dates.
I am sorry to inform you that APPT seats cannot be exchanged for other
events and you must play the first seat you win to a land-based event.
You account has been credited with $2,380 to book your flights.
