for moon The k9, a4, AQ, etc were all terri bad plays....

I don't want to defend Moon, because he did play bad but I think two of the hands being discussed are all that terrible.  The AQ vs. Ivey was super standard.  The AQ vs the QQ of Begleiter was pretty bad though.

However, I don't think his k9 hand was really that bad.  Shulman had just been crippled and with him that short he forces cada to have a monster to call.  Cada had been very active for a while opening and 3betting a lot so his range is probably pretty wide there and will be forced to fold the majority of the time.

when moon had K9, he would have been all in anyway on the flop or turn (he hit a 9 on the flop). so you can say he played badly against cada's AA pre flop, but that hand wouldn't have played out diferently anyway

Cada or Moon can't be that bad of players.....kind of hard to lucksack your way through a 6900+ field to the final 2

And as far as Cada goes im sure that Bax and Sheets dont just back any random bad player.

Holy lurker, lol

Got a point, they're definitely not bad players. It just helps, when you get hit with the deck more than others.

Obviously wasn't talkin bout the standard AQ call vs. Ivey

Cada had been opening many pots but had he 3-bet that many pots?  Im done talkin bout moon, he played horrid, can't believe he got HU, and this average joe winning ME is very lame to me.

Just noticed Cada was wearing Stars logo last night and on the previous tv shows he was wearing UB.  Stars must have paid him a boatload, but you'd think UB would have him locked up through the tourney.

I would suspect that someone on his team is reviewing some of Moon's plays and identifying some tendencies.

I'm sure he's relaxing - probably getting in a work out, a massage w/ happy ending.  Tomorrow - wake up early, go over the plans for the heads up match.  Get in another workout and massage, and then crashing until about 6 PM.  Wake up, grab a nice meal around 7:30 PM and head on over to the Rio around 9:15 or so.

Moon seems like a very, very likable guy.  He's, as far as I know, not touting that he's anywhere near the best player, and just plays his cards and says, "Yeah, I'm getting ass fuck lucky!"

I think Cada has what, a 2:1 chip advantage?  Something like that, and I'm pretty sure he's a bit more skilled so he had a solid advantage.  But, one thing that may work for Moon is that he possibly doesn't "care" in that he's pretty much freerolling and the difference between 1st and 2nd doesn't mean anything to him.

But, no idea what Cada could or should be doing.  I'd say just relaxing and getting proper rest and he should be okay.
