2 days is that a joke im sorry but most people dont get paid out on the day they work sorry if you whiny dealers dont like it

3 months is a bit redic however im sure they will be paid for all daYS with tyhe exception of any final table dealings and tips

and LV dealer TIPPING IS NOT MANDATORY

If I final tabled a WSOP where a % is taking out of the prizepool for dealers and Harrahs I wouldn't tip a dime.

 If I final table a random donkfest anywhere else I ask the floor if a % is taken out of the prizepool for the dealers.  If it isn't, I usually tip 3%.

I think the whole thing is a load of shit. Not just for the dealers but the players and everyone else involved. You play the best 2 WEEKS of poker of your life to make it to the FT, then what? You have to plan another trip to Vegas months later.....I think $$$$$$ is what this shit is all about. Harrah's and ESPN just cant get enough

Wein, this thread has NOTHING TO DO WITH TIPPING......lol @ how any thread with the word dealer in it, turns to a tipping issue. What I said was, it takes a few days after the FT to get paid since there are tips ( zomg yes people still actually tip ) and it has to be split up onto hundreds of checks for every dealer who dealt it.

The problem we're going to run into ( and I 100% guarantee this is gonna happen )....is that tons of dealers come from all over the country to deal, and once they hear about the FT getting delayed.....they just won't deal it, they'll go back home after dealing all the other events, cash games, and just skip dealing the ME.

 When you have the dealer button just deal the cards.  You already have position on the table so that is the fee for dealing one hand out of every ten...
