Yes, AP called me and informed me that they will be putting $500.00 into my acct. as a result of my personal information being sent out in the infamous HH. AJKhoosier posted the other day about receiving an email from APwatchdog, the same email I received, so I can only imagine that all users who's personal info. was made public will receive the same $500.00. In my brief conversation the rep. sounded as though they were making a lot of these calls, but didn't give out any new info.

Make sure it doesn't come with a release of claims, unless, of course, you are satisfied with $500.

Assuming your AP email is the same as your P5s email, you won't be getting anything, at least from observing because you do not show up in the file. I do see that you played though...
It's possible that you just opened up tournaments after the spreadsheet cuts off.
Also, there are 267 unique emails in the spreadsheet. By my calculation, that means that this is costing AP around $130.5K to do (this one move, although I suspect the other moves will be significantly costly as well), although I kinda hope they aren't sending $500 to scott@rivieraltd.com and user 363.

This is a good start, but I thought the first step would be to give the people who actually played in the tournment their $1060 back.

Absolute Watchdog emailed me with my info.

You must be using an email that I don't know of.

It is your fault for not entering a guess in the four dot's provided. I, on the other hand paniced at the third dot and shouted out IRS only to find out one dot later that i was incorrect.

I didnt get a call or an email and I was at the table Potripper was at and he knocked me out. They also sent out all of my info.

You're definitely in that file AND you played. So maybe they are handling you differently than people who observed but never played. I would wait to see what happens.
