Furthermore illegalizing online poker forces people todrive to B&M casinos making more money for the oil companies. The rake at a typical $2-$4 limit game at a B&M is about $4.50. The rake for an online $2-$4 limit game online is $0.54 The questions I ask and I am serious about them. 1) Could Kyl et. al. be liable for all health, rake, and personal losses as result of going to live b&M casinos? 2) Why is not Kyl arrested for treason for attempting to give federal U.S. oil to specific oil companies he receives contributions from? Should not the U.s. government at least receive 50% of revenues or $100 per barrel whichever is more.
