It wont be good. It will prob. cripple the movement of funds worse than ever before.
Had to bump this thread. If any of you guys havnt supported the PPA by at least using the EZ online forms to send letters then please do.

Call me naive but it seems that banks are already doing everything they can to stop transactions. I can't see the current situation changing much from its current state. Checks can come from international locations to pay players and third party payment processors can be setup to accept deposits.
Hopefully the powers that be will come to their senses and realize that online poker can be a great source of revenue for the gov't and that trying to stop it is just a waste of resources (much like the federal gov't fight against states that allow marijuana use for medicinal purposes).

anyone know if this will affect checks only or bankwires and wire transfers too??

I don't understand why the poker sites don't limit withdrawals to one a month and then cut a check from the account the sites money is actually in instead of sending it to a shady processor that stands a good chance of getting pinched. Better yet, send a bank money order. Just a thought.
