I would say thier ranges are fairly wide becuase they are short stacked. You could be ahead, but it looks like you are in good shape. Not a bad idea to pass, also not a bad idea to try and build your stack and go for win.
What did they have?

KQ and AQ i think. I woulda snap called the first guy obviously... I folded and nothing hit for them, but I'm currently chip leader at the FT so its worked out so far

Maybe you're being too hard on yourself? As for the hand, I'd call because of your stack and you'd most likely be racing against something like A-10s+. I don't think it's an instacall with two all-in others in the pot, but you wouldn't be hurt much if you lost, so I'd take a chance.
