I would put him on KK, AA, or maybe AK. With Ace to 5 raising, then you raising, then him going all in, he has to have a pretty big hand, so I would say AA or KK.

No way in life I fold this in 6-max.

I folded he showed KK.
Later he called my shove when i had AA and he flushed out with KQ sooted.
