Well, you made your own bed here with the check. It's a scary board, and about the only made hand that you check here would be QJ clubs, and would you raise that hand UTG?
So, by raising pre and checking here, the only thing you convey is weakness. So, I think he ought to push any hand here, let alone if he actually has a draw.
What was your plan here if a non safe turn card hit? Club or a Jack or something like that? Were you just check/folding then?
I don't think you can call here. You checked, so just fold, even though I think your ahead. If you were going to call this, you really have to lead out, give him a chance to fold a bad hand, so you aren't put to the test.
Remember, scary boards aren't just scary to you, they can be just as scary to him.
