You probably shoulda pushed the flop. 11K in pot already and you only have 10K left. If he has the Q well GG but you can't check and fold in that spot with only 10 BBs left.

Raise UTG for one thing, you have 14 BBs and should be wanting to build a big stack since 1 spot gets a seat and you are 3/5 with not much room to work with. You have a good hand and need to double up to have a chance of winning this thing.

Limp/calling that raise was probably the worst way to play it.  RAise pre and call a shove or if you do decide to limp then reshove on his raise.  Seeing a flop when the villain has over 25% of his chips in the middle is just dumb.

Hero didn't limp/call, he flatted a raise after an utg limp.  Once you call the raise you're not folding, so either reship it pre or shove the flop regardless.

Four options here.

1.  Fold.  You are facing an utg limp (who knows what this means--you should have some info on whether he's done this before) and a raise from utg+1.  Nothing wrong with looking for a better spot.  You still have an M of 10 so you still have some play left, but obviously need to collect chips too.

2.  Jam pre.  Your villain is priced in to call and we are either crushed or we are flipping a coin.  Gambling isn't awful though since we need to get chips.  Again, you should have some read on whether or not this player is playing very aggressively or if they've been quiet.

3.  Call the raise and jam any flop.  Kind of a stop and go.  We are folding out a lot of hands that would have called us preflop.  AK may fold.  AJ may fold.  Heck, JJ may even fold.

4.  Call and jam any good flop/fold to a bad flop.  Easy fold on a AQ5 board.  Easier to shove a J53 board.

Personally, I either shove or fold preflop.
