El Beestos is has just sit down at the table. I feel like I'm probably beat here, but can I lay it down? Half my stack is in the pot.. And is the PF raise fine? thnx

Tough spot. I'd fold. I agree it seems that you are beat. Seems a lot like 88 here, maybe JJ but you'd think he'd have 4 bet preflop possibly with that hand. I'd say 88 or AJ most likely. If you fold you still have 1810 chips with blinds at 25/50 and you'd be fine and have to reason to panic.

I do not like the raise preflop with your stack size. You are inflating the pot out of position against an early position raiser with a drawing hand. is it possible to get 63 big blinds in preflop with ur hand and be a head or a slight underdog? prolly not. Ak out of position is super tough to play. with ur stack and position i take a more conservative line. call preflop. check call flop and re-evaluate the turn.
by taking ur line (which is aggro and perfectly normal) u put urself in a position where u put half ur stack in and are thinking about folding. His hand is either AJ, JJ, 88, Ax (pair flush draw). that being sd, a less aggro line preflop would have saved u a few chips, maybe got to a cheaper showdown, and maybe even won if u improved or he just had A with a flush draw.

If you're check raising this flop you have to get it in, period. Otherwise you just turned your TPTK into a bluff. I dont mind the raise preflop, but c/r postflop and then folding here would be horrid. TPTK here is a nice hand, but it's certainly not a power house on a very lively board OOP. I'd C/C postflop and reevaluate from there.

He could possibly have a set of J's or 8's, but I think he often shows up here with AQ+ and draws IMO. He may even show up with QQ/KK. As played I probably get it all in and take my lumps if he has a set, there is just to much in the pot to just c/r/f.

id clearly lead the flop since there are so many draws. As played i don´t think u can ever fold against an unknown villain after the c/r...
