What do you eat while playing?
Off to join the Foxwoods Donks for the 10am and 2pm tournies. My backpack is full of fruit, protein bars, homemade iced tea, a red bull, and a diet coke. Gotta watch the waistline!!!!! Now please wish me some luck.

Re(8): My experience today in the foxwoods 3k "deepstack?" tourney
I'm local and I would not even bother with this tournament, it's just too small. Better to stay on the trading floor (lots of new issues to flip in the grey). If it was me I'd fly to Vegas, take down the Bellagio Daily and play some Omaha with Bellagio Jim and his crew, they are strong. Anyways, as for East Coat players being weak I don't think that's a good generalization. Since the Noob explosion weak play is a national cancer. Most Foxwoods players will call you down, think Raymer. I find Cali players to be folders. I cannot wish you luck though cause I have a piece of a few of those ...

Re(3): Live 1/2 Cash Games
Live players don't suck. Come play some $75/$150 Stud at the Woods. Sheesh I can't beat that game. 1/2 NL is silly these days loose and stupid, just too many people in a hand, 2/5 is a little better but you need to find the right table. But if you are catching cards loose and stupid is the way to go.

Re(2): Best Way To Build A Bankroll...
First off, this is not a simple question. It's a very ignorant question! If you have to ask you are at the bottom of the poker ranks. But I'll give you a sliver of 30 years of my poker experience that will help. Like any game of skill you must define your advantage and NEVER play games where you are outmatched. I suspect you have less than a year of experience and are joining the "poker craze". The best way to start is to get a second job and earn about a grand. Never combine poker money with money you need to advance your life and lifestyle. Use this money and buy at least 10 maybe 20 ...

Re(1): Retarded staking question
I was just staked for a 7-stud game at Foxwoods with 2 grand. 60% of profits went to backer, 40% to me. I rate myself as a very good 7 stud player with 25 years experience. Spent bankroll on wood floors and a new Acura.

Re(2): How in god's name do you play $1/$2 PLO
You need years of experience to win at Omaha. Never play in a game where pots are less than $200, it needs to hurt to see a turn card and hurt even more if you want the river. $1/$2 PLO is silly. And when you put up a grand at a 5/10 PLO game please email me first - effduration@
