Nole has this RIGHT ON! I coach 7th grade BB at a very small school. I explain to players and parents that "effort and attitude" = playing time. Our goal (mine) is that we improve each day individually and as a team. I tell them I do not care about the scoreboard (lie). I HATE to lose, but I play those who show effort while also trying to watch the score. WINNING is funner than losing!. I always play everyone on my roster. The most fun for me as a coach (10 yrs) has been watching kids do better than they thought they could. I have let lesser players win games for us by shooting ...

ess hit this right on. I am a lurker who has followed this for the most part. My input (which means nothing) is that many have very stong opinions on this matter, even those without money involved. P5 admin is not the enemy here. Chaz is the one responsible! Bangin on Admin is out of line. "Ban Chaz, WTF did you ban Chaz for, gonna lock the thread", etc. I believe that we all want the same outcome here. I want those that are due money to get the money owed to them. Past that, why bring in others and attempt to place blame on them'
