Any US residents here still play online poker?
I'm on Merge and Cake. I've been waiting on a cashout from Cake since end of Nov. They are saying that they are processing cashouts to US but because of DOJ doing what they do they are slow processing. My guess is they are trying to do it so they don't get caught. lol Also play on Merge recently but haven't attempted a cashout yet.

I would not be shocked....
The one thing nobody is taking into account is the fact that they signed an agreement with the DOJ to pay back US players. It will happen, the question remains when... Imagine what the DOJ would do if they released the accounts back to pay back the US players but said sites didn't hold up to the agreement the signed. YIKES! So it comes down to who has the most cash flow currently to start paying back.

Track my Cake and Players Only cashouts with me
I've found that Cake will be upfront and honest with you in these regards. Most of my checks from then have come within 2 weeks. I've had 1 that took longer (right around black friday) that took 1 month but when I emailed asking what was going on at the 2 week mark, they told me it should arrive within another couple weeks which it did.

cashout requests on cakepoker
Used to be, when I checked last night it was changed to $50. As for the request... I had one for $1300 right before black Friday and it took about a month. I had one after for $1000 and took 12 days from the day of request. Haven't tried sense but even during these troubled times their support is decent to great. Send them an email and they should be able to tell you what's up.

Bodog switched out to Bodog.eu for me as well... Wonder what'll happen with Cake, I think I still have like $300 on there but they'll only allow $500 minimum cashouts.. lol Guess play big and cash out or go bust... SMH

WTF happened to Cake???
Cake's new software was completely slowing down everything on my computer. Support gave me a link back to their old software. If anyone else is having issues with the new software just go to the link below and download back to the old version.

2 things I now know for sure.... 1. Pokerstars is THE SHIT!!!!! If they come back to the US market I'll be depositing with confidence that the site is competent and my money is safe. 2. Fulltilt sucks ASS!!!! It will take a LOOOOOOONG time before I come back as I'll have a hard time believing anything Tilt related. Bonus thing I know... If UB/AP cashes out US players first... OMG all hell will break lose!!! haha

Has anyone been able to explain why UB/AP is still truckin along?
Current users can still play but you can't redownload or become a new user from the US market. Which sucks cause my laptop took a shit so I had to reload it and now can't download the software to at least play the money I have there.

With Cake I always just got a check and have never had one issue with them. Just deposited one last Tuesday which cleared and never charged back.

Yup... they had a little extra step for security that I hadn't seen with other sites, worked fine, fast and no issues. Just did $100 so I wouldn't have a lot invested if something happened and gave me enough to grind micro MTT's and get a feel for the site itself.

What poker sites are still up and working and accepting US players and deposits?
With Carbon the MTT schedule seems to be fairly solid, much more then Cake. I'd probably say kind of equal to UB/AP. Haven't looked into S&G's yet but they seem to have good cash table line up with a good Bad Beat Jackpot. Was also easy to upload money utilizing Visa.

US players-You can still play on UB!
My problem is this... I tried to download Doylesroom and it completely hosed my laptop so I had to reload it. Now I can't redownload the UB client. Anyone know where I might be able to download it from' I sent them an email but no response as of yet.
