no Im fine I just had to sort things out in my head I dont properly process information, thats why I had so many charges inthe workplace. If someone was critical of my work or tried to give advice I would interpret it wrong and lose my mind. Now I can step back and properly assess the situation. I dont process normally like others.....at all

I just looked in the mirror one day and was sick of who I was worked very hard to change now I do things like volunteer dog walk at humane society, have done multiple fund raisers for them also, help people who have severe anxiety and panic by passing on what I did to cope with it. I also have youtube videos on overcoming issues like that as well as depression and violence. Also the book plus I have my own website coming soon. Its been a lot of work and I have to take many steps to avoid being violent but its worth it. nah my sex drive is in the dump due to low test levels from using ...

Im divorced I have been deemed to violent to seek employment by the government and the justice system so the you me on a disability allowance I havent been on a date for 5 years because I am too prone to violence please feel free to expand on this stupidity Im not sure who smokerock is but if the name is referring to drugs I havent drank alcohol in 19 years and simply never do drugs

I'm older and a lot of my issues took place in my 30's,...I'll chuck a story in here for entertainment I spent an amount of time when I was 38 years old helping collect debts for a marijuana dealer named Chuck. The main guy who did the collecting was Chad, and I went along as his “assistant”. Now at this time I was 6 feet tall and 255 pounds and an imposing figure, and Chad was about 5 foot 8 and 175 pounds, but Chad put the fear of God into anyone who crossed him. the book delves into much more than mental health some may recognize this from a 2 plus 2 thread some stuff from my life in book: 7 times in jail 6 times in psych ward running an escort agency 117 jobs shot at stabbed run over by cars more than once and many other things

Panic attacks quit for me when one day in 2005 I was having another one out of nowhere and I just said if its gonna happen let it happen and lets get on with life. Psychologically that put me over the hump to deal with them, and I have had maybe 4 since then.

I guess the only difference from that thread is I never had any addictions. I was just never into booze or drugs or any of that. Although I did do steroids for a length of time but have been off them for ages

I am bipolar with antisocial personality disorder. I was once at a point of 17 hour a day panic attacks, depression, anxiety and bottom of life. I was curious if anyone else here has issues and how they cope with it. I have worked ultra hard to make things better for me and now am in a very good spot in my life. My issues and what I did to overcome them as well as events that have taken place in my life has led a publishing company to have an interest in me writing a book on my life which I am currently working on.

Any cigar smokers in here' Im always curious what other people smoke to get ideas on what else to try. Been smoking cigars for 22 years now and still find something different all the time. Right now Im smoking a Cohiba 1966 Edicion Limitada and its pretty fine.
