The Greatest Players EVER

This is something I wrote for a friend. I have since went back and reread it about 10 times for myself and also posted it on my personal blog site www.cmalexander.com. I felt like it was about time I added something here so I thought I would share this. Thanks for reading and I hope all is well with everyone. The key to life is LOVE. Throughout life you have a needing a wanting for LOVE. You just can't seem to satisfy it no matter what the situation. This is because people confuse this LOVE thing. Women confuse LOVE as a connection with a man or a partner. They believe this feeling inside them when they are with a special man is the LOVE they have searched high and low to find. Men confuse LOVE as sex. They think that excitement and feeling they get when having an orgasm with a woman is what they need. Real LOVE is to LOVE yourself. No not masturbation silly. You have to LOVE yourself for everything you are, everything you want to be and everything can be in the future. I dont mean LOVE how you look, LOVE how you dress, LOVE how you talk etc. I mean LOVE the being that you are each day. You have to do everything to make your life better and it will be better. Do not do things that make your life worse. Here are a few I know from personal experience (Smoking, Drinking, Gambling, Over Eating etc) All of these things fight against happiness and do not allow you to LOVE yourself. These are just things society has tricked us into thinking are acceptable so that we will all lose track of what is important. You are most important. You must LOVE yourself. Thank God everyday when you wake up. Thank God for the opportunity to do each and everything the you want. Thank God for the chance to have a job. When I say thank God I mean thank YOURSELF. You yourself are God, Spirit whatever you want to call it. No its not some freaky cult shit! You have the power to create whatever you want, be whatever you want, do whatever you want. Its up to you to make choices that further your own ideas and your personal purpose you have created. This may be getting to preachy or something for you but Im gonna continue. Here is a little thing to do each day either when you are going to sleep or when you get up. Think about what situation you want to be in 5-10yrs from now. Then compare all the things you will encounter or did encounter through out your day. Now be sure that you took the action to get you to where you want to be in 10 yrs. Do you want to live more years?(Dont smoke!) Do you want to have the energy to get through each day? (Dont Drink) Do you want to be rich? Dont buy the $5 dollar coffee or $80 shoes. These little things taken day by day will help you to move in the positive direction. Notice how small changes create a big things over the long term. Life is not about having things, having a significant other, or being famous. Life is about LOVE. LOVE yourself and everything around you and there is nothing that will come at you that you cant handle. Go into every situation with happiness and LOVE in your heart. The LOVE human beings have wanted and needed all their lives is right there waiting within themselves. Listen to the song "All you need is LOVE" by The Beatles or "Believe" by Lenny Kravitz. He has it figured out pretty good. All of us perform miracles everyday. He says " If you want it you got it, you just got to believe in yourself" This is all you need.
