Read a story of this happening one time a couple of years ago, the player who had his cards accidentaly mucked put his hands over top of where the cards would be and bet on the flop. The other player folded and he took the hand down without cards. It was a big tournament as well. I can't remember if I read it in Bluff or on a post from here. Also happened to me one time at Caesars on one of the first times I had played live. Called a raise pre for $60..... flop came and the action was on me, looked down and had no cards. Yeah they get bashed all the time, alot of peeps have a very good reason to do this. I was pretty disgusted myself with all the shit that happened. Software issues also use to drive me crazy, I must have said F UB and quit 5 separate times. Software issues not an issue anymore. The new team in charge really does seem to be working hard at righting the ship. Going to take a hell of alot to get people to trust them again. Best cashouts in the business. Ordered a payout last Tuesday night at 8pm, Fed Ex was knocking on my door Thursday at noon. I would take the deal, worth giving them another shot imo, the new guys in charge are doing the right things trying to get this train wreck turned around. Good luck.

Things were shady before, cant argue with that, but bit by bit these guys are getting things turned around. What a mess they took over, not going to get fixed in a day. Congrats on the win. You will have an awesome time. I was there in October for the Irish Winter Festival, it was very cool. It was held at City West as well. The Irish people were awesome, most fun I have had playing in a tournament ever. Definitely take some an extra day and see Dublin. You are about half an hour out of the city, there is a bus that stops just outside the gates that will get you there. If you are a golfer, City West is situated on a beautiful course. I spent four extra days seeing the country, I wish I would have had more time, it was awesome. Have a great time

Did UB screw up the chop on Dipthrongs win in the 100k today?
I was watching ft of the 100k on UB. Dip and another dude were heads up, Dip had 448k the other dude had 337k. They asked for a chop from support, numbers came up 27k and change for dip 26k and change for the other dude. First was 32750 second 20960 making a total prize pool of 53710. The chop didnt sound right to me, Dip had 57 percent equity in chips, he should have gotten a little over 30k. Am I missing something, doesnt make sense to me. I have never chopped one up, but it seems he got shorted too me. Great job by Dip, as I am writing this he is second in the 200k with 82 left on UB.

I would email stars and see what they can do to save you duty on the tv. I just received the baseball jersey. Stars put a 40 Canadian value on it with DHL when they shipped it, and when DHL arrived at my door I had to pay a 17 dollar duty charge. If my calculations are right this would be a 420 dollar charge you would get on a 1k tv. See if they can mark it as gift or a lesser value.

Pretty brutal there is nobody covering this. Its the second biggest Canadian event of the year. I just read the Daniel Negreanu blog, they are down to six and he is sitting second with 2.3 million, no chip counts on anyone else.

I went through it on Titan as well. I scanned and emailed it, but they said it wasnt acceptable........... the corners of the card were missing they said. I ended up using a digital camera and this was accepted. I received my cheque five days after this. Was alot of hassle, but I would rather things be more secure than less and appreciate their heightened security.I have cashed in twice since and have had no problems and the cheques arrive very fast. It says allow up to 21 business days, but have had to wait no longer than five.

Cheque by fedex, costs 25 dollars but arrives in 3 business days. Cheque by mail takes 5 to 7 business days and costs 8 dollars. As much shat is thrown about UB there cashouts are probably the quickest(honorable mention to Titan poker almost as fast and no fees). congrats on the 200k score btw
